T-storm watch upgraded to warning

The National Weather Service has now issued a severe thunderstorm warning until 4:30 p.m.

The storm is moving east at 45 mph. It may include winds as high as 70 mph, lightening and downpours.

Some tornado warning signals may be going off around Highways 20 and 45 in Racine County, due to a reported spotting of a tornado touchdown there, scanner transmissions say.

UPDATE 4:12 p.m. : State trooper on scanner reports cars are pulling off I-94 to ride out the storm. No accidents.
