Four Sunday accidents west of the I

The Sheriff’s Department is reporting several accidents from Sunday evening:
6:13 p.m. in the 7900 block of County Highway D, Bristol — Single vehicle roll over accident. Robert Garcia, 38, of Trevor,  was single occupant. He was transported to St. Catherine’s Hospital, Pleasant Prairie, for head laceration. He was taken into custody on OWI, third offense, and P/O hold.

7:49 p.m., County Highways JI and W, Wheatland — Single motorcycle accident, failure to negotiate curve. Operator Neil Berkowitz, 51, of McHenry was transported to Aurora Medical Center, Kenosha, for laceration. Passenger Mary Mabus 50, of McHenry, was transported from the scene by Flight for Life helicopter with broken bones. She was reported in stable condition. Berkowitz was taken into custody on felony OWI causing injury.

8:25 p.m. in the 12600 block of state Highway 83, Salem — Driver Carrie Knowlton, 24, Genoa City, hit a tree. She was transported to St. Catherine’s Hospital with minor injury. Knowlton was arrested on felony probation warrant.

9:17 p.m. in the 269th Avenue and 96th Place, Salem — Single vehicle hit and run accident. Driver hit a tree; occupants left vehicle and scene. William Taylor, 43, of Trevor, taken into custody for OWI 1st. No injuries.
