Plenty of community members took advantage of the nice evening weather to have fun at the Wheatland Center School Community Carnival.
Wheatland Center school hosted its first community carnival Friday evening.
The event featured an array of games, a fire truck, inflatables, and a wide selection of food for sale cheap. Tickets were sold to access the games designed to please kids of all ages.
Here are some photos from the event:
Hanna Keisler pumps up a balloon almost to the popping point.
Ben Wepking (right) puts the finishing touches on Daniel Ehr's cotton candy.
Children were able to get a close up look at this Wheatland Fire Department rig.
Nicholas Dawley's bat was a blur as he took a mighty swing for the fence in the inflatable baseball game.
You needed tickets to fully enjoy this event. Luckily for Nicole Benes, her dad, Jim, had plenty.
Ben Laskowski's technique was unconventional at the football toss, but it worked.
