Gladstone T. Curtis
The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department is making a notification of the release into Salem of convicted sex offender Gladstone T. Curtis.
Curtis, who was convicted of first degree sexual assault of a child and incest, will be living within a mile radius of the 12500 block of Antioch Road (Highway 83), a sheriff’s department sex offender information bulletin said. Curtis has been ordered to have no unsupervised contact with minors, no taverns, bars or liquor stores. He is to have no contact with his victims and is not to consume alcohol or drugs.
Curtis is not wanted by the Sheriff’s Department at this time. He was to be released into the community May 27.
“This notification is not intended to alarm the community, but rather it is our belief that an informed community is a safer community,” the bulletin says.
