Salem Fire/Rescue personnel clear the scene of an accident in the eastbound lanes of Highway 50 Friday afternoon.
Eastbound traffic on Highway 50 was being diverted south at Highway F due to a crash at the McDonald’s/Burger King median cut.
Some of those involved in the multi-vehicle crash were transported by rescue squad for treatment, a witness said. Accident occured at about 3:10 p.m.
Salem Fire/Rescue and Sheriff’s Department personnel responded to the scene.
UPDATE: Scene cleared and traffic normal as of 4:10 p.m.
