The motocyclist in the fatal crash in Wheatland early Sunday morning has been identifed as Mark A. Miller, 42, of Lake Bluff, Ill.
Miller was not wearing a helmet and alcohol was a factor in the crash, said Sgt. Gil Benn, Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department spokesman.
Police said they believe Miller was northbound on Highway KD and missed the 90-degree turn at Highway JB.
