Eleven town address signs in the northwest Lake Shangri-la area area have gone missing.

The signs were taken sometime between 7 p.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday, according to a Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department report.

The metal signs, which are Salem town government property, were mounted on green posts. The signs are blue and have white address numbers written on them. They are used by emergency services departments to quickly and uniformly identify addresses.
