No snow here. Yea! River down. Yea!

The threatened snow missed us here. And the National Weather Service forecast isn’t calling for any more snow accumulation in the next few days. Wind has replaced snow as the featured weather aspect of the next couple of days.

Today: A slight chance of flurries after 1 p.m. Cloudy, with a high near 39. Breezy, with a north wind around 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Tonight: A 20 percent chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 27. Blustery, with a north wind between 15 and 20 mph. Tuesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 44. Breezy, with a northwest wind between 15 and 20 mph.

The Fox River is behaving too. It got down under flood stage Sunday.
