Severe thunderstorm warning/watch expire; flooding advisory issued

The National Weather Service has allowed all severe thunderstorm watches and warnings to expire at 10 p.m. However, the NWS has issued a flood advisory until 11:30 p.m. The advisory says urban flooding could occur throughout all of Western Kenosha County.
