Salem declares snow emergency for Tuesday 5 a.m.-Thursday 5 a.m.

Due to impending inclement weather forecasts, Salem has declared a “Snow Removal Emergency” for a 48-hour period beginning at 5 am on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 and ending at 5 am on Thursday, March 7,2013, town Clerk Cindi Ernest has announced.
