Pringle to host a soaring story and hike
Pringle Nature Center, 9800 160th Ave. (Highway MB) , Bristol will be holding a Nature Story Time Hike: The Eagle & The Wren retold by Jane Goodall on Saturday, Sept. 4 from 10 to 11 a.m.

Bring a lawn chair or blanket and listen to a talk about different ways to create green yards -- from rain gardens to prairie lawns.

Pringle to host Perseids viewing
Pringle Nature Center, 9800 160th Ave., Bristol will be holding a Perseids Meteor Shower Viewing on Thursday, Aug. 12, at 9:30 to 11 p.m.
The Perseids is one of the best meteor showers to observe, producing up to 60 meteors per hour at their peak on the night of the 12th through the morning of the 13th.
