Bristol increases rates for emergency medical services

For the first time since 2010 the Bristol Village Board increased what it will charge patients for delivering emergency medical services. TLPD Capt. Dennis Linn recognized for 20 years of service

Twin Lakes Police Department Capt. Dennis Linn was honored for 20 years of service as a police officer Monday night at the Twin Lakes Village Board meeting. He was presented by Chief Adam Grosz. His wife Cheryl pinned the 5-star pin on him that represents 20 years.  

Twin Lakes new rescue squad

Twin Lakes had a new rescue squad delivered Monday afternoon. Personnel are working very hard to get it ready to respond to calls by midnight, tonight. The new red $200,000 squad (not counting equipment) replaces the older, 2001 rescue squad. The squad was financed by a loan from the Wisconsin Board of Commissioners of Public Lands.

Twin Lakes loan for ambulance approved by Board of Commissioners of Public Lands

Approval of Twin Lakes’ loan from the the Board of Commissioners of Public Lands was recently announced. The village will use the $199,115 to purchase an ambulance. DARE golf outing

The 24th annual DARE golf outing teed off at Twin Lakes Country Club and Nippersink Country Club. The outing is always sold out, and has a waiting list. The outing and dinner raises money for the DARE program and Deputy Friendly supplies.

Good night for Night Out

A large turnout enjoyed pizza, cookies, and soda, while watching demonstrations and looking at displays provided by local protective services.
