At about 3:15 p.m., Town of Wheatland Fire Department and Twin Lakes Rescue are responding to a report of a possible burning violation near 335th Avenue and 75th Street, in the Lilly Lake area of Wheatland. View Larger Map Lilly Lake beach is fully open for swimming again after the results of the latest bacteria water test, Wheatland town Clerk Sheila Siegler reports. A test sample taken yesterday showe 19 cfu/100mls. The beach was closed Wednesday and under an advisory Tuesday and Thursday due to high bacteria readings.
