It’s owned and operated by Richard and Dale Spoerlein and families. The farm is run by family and part-time help. They milk 220 Holstein cows two times a day in a milking parlor. They produce 15,000 pounds of milk a day, which is shipped to a dairy. They run 900 acres of land and the crops are hay, soy beans, wheat, and corn. The farm is hormone free. Email KenoshaCountyDairyPromo@gmail.com with questions.
