Showers and storms in forecast for Monday

It should be a rainy and stormy early Monday morning, says the latest, local National Weather Service forecast.

There’s a 90 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after midnight through 6 a.m., Monday. As much as .75 inch is possible.

The middle of Monday should be clear, but the chance of rain and later thunderstorms picks up after 3 p.m.

This and previous rain fall has a forecast of the Fox River exceeding flood stage Tuesday.
