Wind advisory continues through Tuesday

A National Weather Service wind advisory continues Tuesday for Western Kenosha County.

Winds have in fact picked up a little from earlier forecasts. Gusts may now reach as high as 50 mph in the early morning and have sustained wind of 20 to 35 mph.

The advisory is set to expire at 6 p.m., Tuesday.

Tuesday is also the first day of the big cool-off in temperatures we’ve been expecting. Monday’s high was about 60. Tuesday’s is expected at 34. Tuesday’s low is expected to dip to 19.
