Twilight Jazz season to open in Paddock Lake July 11

Twilight Jazz 2017 is taking a little “road trip” to Paddock Lake.

The series will open its  14th season of Twilight Jazz in Paddock Lake at Old Settlers Park on July 11 to help celebrate Kenosha County Parks 90th Anniversary.

Grounds open at 6 p.m. Music from 7-9 p.m.

Bills Little Big Band with ten musicians and a vocalist will perform hot jazz form the 30’s and 40’s. They definitely make you want to tap your toes and get up and dance. There will be food and beverages available for purchase including new wine bar offerings. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into county parks.

Those attending should bring lawn chairs and picnic blankets.

Paddock Lake/Old Settlers Park July 11 – Bill’s Little Big Band

At Anderson Arts Center — July 18 – The John Crawford Jazz Band; July 25 – KUSD Jazz All-Stars; Aug. 1 – Jazz Spectrum; Aug. 29 – Russ Johnson – UW Parkside Student Jazz Combo and Jack Plovanich – The Parkside Reunion Big Band.
