Twin Lakes man dies during armed robbery in Madison

The Wisconsin State Journal has an extensive story about the circumstances around the death of Christ E. Kneubuehl, 56, of Twin Lakes, who died during an armed robbery at a fast food restaurant in Madison earlier this week.

Kneubuehl is believed to have suffered a heart attack during the robbery. The suspects are still at large. Police are considering the case a homicide.

Among Kneubuehl’s survivors include his fiance, Lisa Obertin, two adult stepsons (one who was working with him at the robbery site), an adult daughter, a 14-year-old son and a granddaughter.

A GoFundMe page has been set up for the benefit of Lisa Obertin and family.
