Units responding for crash in Paddock Lake

At about 1:30 p.m., Town of Salem Fire/Rescue units and sheriff’s deputies are responding for a crash in the 24600 block Highway 50 in Paddock Lake.

Per dispatch: Crash involves a car and a semi-tractor trailer.

UPDATE about 1:33 p.m. — Deputy on the scene reports occupant of car reporting back injury. Patient being kept still and in vehicle.

UPDATE 1:35 p.m. — Salem F/R command reports no one trapped in vehicles.

UPDATE 1:36 p.m. — Westbound traffic being moved to one lane.

UPDATE 1:40 p.m. — Second ambulance being requested from Salem F/R for a patient from the semi.

UPDATE 1:59 p.m. — Deputy requests tow for semi.
