The first NICA high school mountain bike race for the year took place at Minooka Park in Waukesha last week. This is the first year that Central High School has participated int the sport with a team. Aaron Diaz, a Central High School junior, finished 11th out of 25 riders. Central has another team member who could not race last week. The coach is Dave Bender.
