Workshop to explore “What is Dementia?”

ADRC_Kenosha-logo-webThe Alzheimer’s Association’s Bristol Caregiver Support Group along with Kenosha County Aging & Disability Resource Center and Right At Home are hosting a free and informative workshop titled, “What is Dementia?” on April 21. This workshop is for family/friend caregivers who are caring for a loved one with a memory loss. The purpose of this workshop is to provide information to help caregivers understand what dementia is and how it can be diagnosed. Mary Finley, Community Outreach Specialist with the Alzheimer’s Association of Southeaster WI Chapter will present this workshop. The Westosha Community Center is located at 19200 93rd St., in Bristol. The workshop will be held on April 21, from 7  to 8:30 p.m. Limited seating available; pre-registration required.
