A Preparedness and Response Workshop will take place Wednesday, April 9, from 9 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (lunch included) at the Kenosha County Center (Highways 45 and 50 in Bristol.
Kenosha County Emergency Management and the Kenosha Public Private Partnership will be hosting a workshop in a thought-provoking exercise for Public and Private Sectors to create and/or update their response and recovery plans for a critical incident. Businesses, schools, hospitals, banking industry, manufacturers, municipal governments, fire departments and police department are invited to join in this free training. A workshop exercise is a facilitated analysis of an emergency situation in an informal, stress free environment. It is designed to elicit constructive discussion as participants gain knowledge for creating and/or examine existing plans for a critical incident. Is your agency or business prepared for the unexpected? This is a great way to find out and create a plan.
