In our alternating weather cycle of numbing cold followed by snow followed by numbing cold etc. it’s snow’s turn Saturday.
The local National Weather Service forecast calls for a 100 percent chance of snow Saturday, with an accumulation of 1 to 2 inches. It’s likely there will be a little more Saturday night, with an 80 percent chance of less than half an inch of accumulation.
After that? Well, it will be cold, with highs in the teens and 20s with lows in single digits. A warm 29 is forecast for the high Thursday.
