Units responding for fire in Bristol

At 7:55 p.m., Bristol Fire and Rescue units and sheriff’s deputies are responding to a report of a structure fire in the area of 187th Avenue and 119th Street in Bristol.

UPDATE 8:08 p.m. — Kenosha Area Fire Rescue Scanner Facebook page is reporting that Pleasant Prairie Fire and Rescue, Newport Fire Department and Antioch Fire Department also responding and that this is a working garage fire. I saw Bristol responding with an engine, truck, and ambulance.

UPDATE 8:20 p.m. — Bristol command requests response from We Energies for gas and electric. Expected time of arrival, 8:55 p.m.

UPDATE 8:31 p.m. — Deputy reports to dispatch that fire was confined to detached garage.

UPDATE 9:21 p.m. — All Bristol units returning to quarters.
