Rep. Samantha Kerkman (R-Randall) recently stepped off the Assembly floor to greet a constituent, Caroline Russell, who is serving as an intern in State Rep. Melissa Sargent’s office. Both Rep. Kerkman and Caroline are graduates of Wilmot Union High School and former students of social studies teacher Bill Dinegan. Caroline was born and raised in Kenosha and in addition to interning for Rep. Sargent, attends Madison College where she is majoring in Political Science and Socioeconomics and is Vice President of Legislative Affairs on the Madison College Student Senate. Caroline also serves as President of Wisconsin Student Government, a student rights advocacy group representing over 400,000 technical college students in the state.
I couldn’t be more proud. Thanks for posting Darren Hillock.
