Units responding to alarm in Salem

At about 6:27 p.m., Town of Salem Fire/Rescue units are responding to a supervisory alarm at a residence in the 11100 block of 233rd Avenue in Salem.

Dispatch reports that alarm company says a dining room smoke alarm has been triggered.

UPDATE 6:32 p.m. — Dispatch says alarm company now reports that home owner is on scene and was changing a battery and accidentally triggered the alarm.
