Units responding for roof fire in Bristol

At 9 p.m., Bristol Fire and Rescue Department, Pleasant Prairie Fire and Rescue and Antioch Fire Department are responding to a report of a fire at a home in the 12000 block of 136th Avenue, Bristol.

Caller told dispatch the fire appeared to be on the roof, maybe coming from a chimney. The caller was attempting to evacuate occupants.

UPDATE 9:14 p.m. — Deputy on the scene reports fire was coming out of the top of the chimney, but no active fire now.

UPDATE 9:42 p.m. — Fiee units clearing the scene and returning to quarters.
