Geneva Lakes Women’s Association to hold annual luncheon Sept. 17

Geneva Lakes Women’s Association will be hosting its 10th Annual Ladies Day Luncheon at the Riviera Ballroom in Lake Geneva on Sept. 17.

The event will feature a reading from book dramatist Barbara Rinella. This year, “Jacqueline Kennedy, “Historic Conversations on Life with John F. Kennedy” will be presented as well.

This event plays host to 250 women. Aside from the reading there will be a raffle and silent auction. The proceeds generated are divided up and sent to various highly worthy organizations such as SMILES, Hospice, Visiting Nurses, Fire Bells, Agape House and many more. With“Needy Families,” member are given a list of a few families in need, Christmas shop for each person and provide food for the holiday.

“This is my 3rd year going and I really enjoy it and look forward to it each year!” said Shelley Perry.

There are no ticket sales at the door.

Geneva Lakes Women’s Association is a philanthropic group with women from Kenosha/Walworth/Rock/Racine Counties as members.
