Extension services offering horse workshop April 2

A full-day Equine Educational program organized and sponsored by Illinois and Wisconsin Cooperative Extension Services for horse owners will be offered on Saturday, April 2, in Bristol.

This program will offer three separate tracks for participants to choose from including a trail riding track, senior horse track, and an advanced horseman track.

Examples of some of the session topics include Nutrition for the Senior Horse, Managing Emergencies on the Trail, Advanced Nutrition in Performance Horses and much more.

The program begins at 8 a.m. on April 2 and will continue until 2:15 p.m. Lunch will be included with the program fees, which are $35/person or $60/two people and $15/youth before March 28. Registration fees increase $10 after the March 28 deadline.
